Kimberly Potter Richardson 

Kimberly Potter Richardson, Esq., serves as Of Counsel to Massey Law Group, P.A. She focuses her practice on commercial and small business litigation including real estate litigation and related matters. Kimberly has been practicing law since 2001, after graduating cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida. For over two decades, Kimberly has litigated cases in circuit civil court, handling all aspects of a dispute from pre-suit demand to post-judgment enforcement issues.

Kimberly is admitted to practice in Florida as well as all of the federal district courts in Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Kimberly is a proud mother to four adult children and resides in Tampa with her husband and four Chihuahuas. She is deeply committed to issues affecting the LGBTQ+ community and volunteers in her spare time with a focus on advancing the interests of the gay community.
