“Supreme Court At-a-Glance” offers a monthly briefing of New Hampshire Supreme Court decisions. Attorney Jennifer Codding, a strategic litigator and senior counsel with Massey Law Group, authored the July 2019 edition of the column for the New Hampshire Bar News.
Founded in 1873, the New Hampshire Bar Association serves the legal community, court system, and public at large. The Association also has a nonprofit, charitable, grant-making foundation that supports law-related education and civil legal aid for the disadvantaged in New Hampshire.
Jennifer is a licensed attorney in Florida and New Hampshire, who focuses her practice on corporate transactions and litigation, real property law, and creditors’ rights in bankruptcy and foreclosure. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Arts and received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
The monthly column covers various areas of law, including administrative, constitutional, contract, criminal, family, intellectual property, real property, and tax. To read Jennifer’s column, see the July 2019 issue of the New Hampshire Bar News, page 33.
