Jordan R. Baer

Jordan R. Baer is an associate attorney for Massey Law Group, specializing in civil litigation with particular experience in real estate litigation and prior experience in title insurance claims.

Jordan, an Ohio native, earned her Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Ashland University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Akron School of Law. During law school, she gained practical legal
experience as a Title Examiner and through an internship with a local Common Pleas Judge.

Jordan currently serves on the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors, representing the Sixth Judicial Circuit. She also holds board roles with the Pinellas Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, where she serves as the Programming Director and DEI Chair, and with the Clearwater Bar Association, where she is the Junior Designate on the Board of Directors. She previously served as President of the Clearwater Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and as YLD Chair for PFAWL.

Jordan believes that mentoring and supporting young lawyers as they navigate their careers is critical to the profession’s future. She is equally committed to creating an inclusive legal community—one free from gender and sexual orientation discrimination—where all attorneys can thrive and sustain fulfilling careers. Through her leadership work in bar associations and diversity initiatives, she is committed to making this vision a reality.
